Your aesthetic concierge in paradise.
Luigi Palermo handles non-surgical care: injectables, lasers, regenerative protocols, skin. Fernando Núñez handles surgery. They see complex cases together and disagree often — which we take as a positive sign.

Dr. Luigi Palermo
If you have ever asked a hotel concierge for the one good doctor in town — and meant it — you have asked the question Luigi has built his Playa practice to answer. He is Italian. He is unhurried. He speaks four languages by lunch, and he treats the way a good sommelier pairs wine: he wants to know where you are flying in from, where you are staying, what you are doing the day after, and whether you have a flight to catch on Sunday.
The aesthetic part of the title is real — Pavia, Milan, Rome, Barcelona, twenty years on injectables, lasers, regenerative protocols. The concierge part is the trick. He will move a treatment to fit a dive trip. He will swap a heavier protocol for something dinner-compatible when he reads the itinerary. He will text your hotel concierge directly to arrange a quiet room for the afternoon recovery, and he will tell you, plainly, when the right answer is to do nothing on this trip and come back in six months.
The selling point most patients eventually name is the no. He says it. He says it often. It is, on a coast that does not lack for clinics that say yes to everything, an unusually reassuring habit.

Dr. Fernando Núñez
Fernando trained at the Hospital General de México and completed plastic surgery residency at the Hospital Juárez de México. He is board-certified by the Consejo Mexicano de Cirugía Plástica (CMCPER), the only Mexican certification recognized internationally.
He operates exclusively at an accredited surgical hospital ten minutes from the clinic. His practice favors honest scope — he will routinely refuse procedures he considers unwise, regardless of patient persistence. We have watched him do this. We approve.
Most patients meet Fernando after a consultation with Luigi, when the assessment crosses from injectables into the surgical lane. The decision is taken together.
Dr. Núñez's editorial portrait is being scheduled. Photo from the clinic team — coming shortly.
Sister practice — Timeless Beauty — serves long-term local patients in Spanish, on a continuity model. Aesthetic PDC is the traveler-facing studio: English-first, single-visit-friendly, surgical capability on site. The two clinics share doctors, philosophy, and a rather opinionated record collection.
