His rule is plain: if a non-surgical option would deliver 80% of the result with a tenth of the risk, he recommends it. He turns down candidates regularly. We consider that a feature.

    Surgical photos, labs ordered locally or at home, pre-op meds.

  2. D+0
    Arrival + pre-op exam

    Airport pickup. Same-evening physical with Fernando.

  3. D+1 to D+2
    Surgery day

    Accredited hospital, anesthesiology team. Overnight monitoring.

  4. D+3 to D+10
    Recovery at hotel

    Daily nursing visit. Lymphatic drainage from D+5. Beachfront with restrictions.

  5. D+10 to D+21
    Released to fly

    Final review with Fernando. Fit-to-fly letter. Compression for the flight home.

  6. +90 days
    Remote follow-up

    Tele-visits at week 6 and month 3. Photos reviewed. Scar protocol adjusted.
